This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner's son and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner's son and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner's

son. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner's son. 5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
