PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the third respondent to include Sections 354, 509, 447, 506(ii) and 509 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 in Crime No.270 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent in addition with Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 427, 506(i) IPC and file charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, for a direction to the respondent police to add certain offences in the First Information Report pending in Crime No.270 of 2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent is investigating the case. The third respondent will take into consideration the offences left out in the First Information Report and on investigation, will add the relevant offences in the final report, if it is made out and file the final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the
