This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to conduct a detail enquiry based upon the petitioner's Page No. 1 of 4

complaint dated 10.03.2025, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint on 10.03.2025 against Kamala, Prabakaran, Majula, Niroshia, Krishnamoorthy and Ramalakshmi for their interference in the enjoyment of the property and forging the documents. The said complaint has not been considered by the second respondent. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, they assigned C.S.R.No.246 of 2025 and also issued summon to both the parties. The petitioner has not appeared and not cooperating for the enquiry. If the petitioner appears for enquiry, they will take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. The prayer of the petitioner is to conduct enquiry based on the complaint and the second respondent has also assigned C.S.R.No.246 of 2025 and issued summon for enquiry. According to the second respondent, the petitioner has not cooperating for enquiry, therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on Page No. 2 of 4

24.03.2025 and thereafter, the second respondent is shall conduct enquiry and to complete the enquiry within a period of one week.

8. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
