2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2018 for construction of ramp and steps upon the canal wall and canal-bank to access the petitioner agricultural landed property to the extent of 0.58.50 acres at S.No.170/3, 433/5 C at Poochipatty Village, Nakkalapatti Post, Usilampatty Taluk, Madurai District.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.03.2018 and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
