Respondent/Complainant PRAYER : This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.801 of 2023, dated 13.03.2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Uthamapalayam Police Station, daily at 07.00 p.m. instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.801 of 2023, dated 13.03.2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Uthamapalayam Police Station, daily at 07.00 p.m. instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Para No.6(ii) imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.801 of 2023, dated 13.03.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m, for a period of two weeks and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5447 of 2023 thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 13.03.2023, shall remain unaltered.
