ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a fair enquiry and take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents in accordance with law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.03.2022 within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first and second respondents on 30.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No. 6979 of 2022 directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
