ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to restrain the respondents 3 to 5 from setting up a wine shop in agricultural lands bearing S.No.170/3B situated in Kanniappapillaipatti Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

2. The leaned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 on instructions would submit that in deference to the orders passed by the District Collector, Theni District in Na.Ka.No.401/2022/B1 dated

14.10.2022, the respondents 3 and 4 have dropped the idea of installing TASMAC shop in the petitioner's land in S.No.170/3B at Kanniappapillaipatti Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District. He would further submit that they have no intention to put up any shop in the place of the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
