Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to withdraw the investigation pending in Crime No.378 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent and direct the first respondent to entrust the same to any other competent investigating officer other than the second respondent and the same shall be monitored by the first respondent.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the investigation pending in Crime No.378 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent and direct the first respondent to entrust the same to any other competent investigating officer other than the second respondent and the same shall be monitored by the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would state that the respondent, after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.378 of 2016, filed charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same was not taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
