This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.264 of 2016 within a time frame.

Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet in Crime No.264 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, and the same is yet to be taken on file.
