ORDER

Against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai in Ni.Mu.No.1023/2012/L dated 08.05.2013, the petitioner preferred an appeal on 21.6.2013 to the respondent. As it was not disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State.

3. By considering the fact in the appeal filed by the petitioner pending consideration of the respondent, without going into the merits of the case, this court is inclined to direct the respondent to dispose of it within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
