The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the interim orders passed by this Court dated 27.08.2024 made in W.M.P(MD) No.16821 of 2024 in W.P(MD) No.19847 of 2024.

2. The Assistant Treasury Officer, Ambasamudram, has filed an undertaking affidavit to the effect that any recovery or revision of pension will be made only after strictly following the directions of this Court in W.P(MD) No.5303 of 2017, dated 29.08.2024. 2/4
