For Respondent : Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent Police, daily at 10.30A.M until further orders in Crl.OP.(MD).No.5377 of 2020 dated 19.5.2020 in Cr.No.104 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.5377 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.5377 of 2020 on 19.05.2020 regularly, and they pray for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

No.3357 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.5377 of 2020 on 19.05.2020 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent on first working day of every month, without fail.
