O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.239 of 2016 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Today, Mrs.G.Mahalakshmi, Sub-Inspector of Police, Paramakudi Town Police Station, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.239 of 2016 is almost complete and the final report is ready. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file the final report in Crime No.239 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
