The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of appeal pending before the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3.The petitioner has filed an appeal aggrieved by the order of the second respondent issuing patta to the third respondent. The appeal filed by the petitioner is pending from 22.02.2025, with the first respondent.

4.It would suffice to dispose of, the Writ Petition directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of 2/5

twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
