This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.215 of 2013 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Omachikulam Police Station, Madurai District and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.215 of 2013 has been completed and it has been closed as mistake of fact.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
