2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under active consideration of the Jail Authorities and they have sought for a report from the Probationary Officer as well as the local Police. He would also submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within ten (10) days.

4. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
