This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.254 of 2016 within a time frame.

Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police requires one year time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.254 of 2016.
