Heard Mr.K.Nagendra Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

a Writ of Mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2018 and accept the Village Administrative Officer's recommendation to carry out mutations in the revenue records for the Patta No.2216 in an 'A' Registered Record, Encumbering the Certificate, Citta and Computerized to the extent of 0.31.0 acres in Survey No.94/7 in the name of the petitioner's property at Poochipatti Village, Nakkalpatti Post, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District. 3.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that though in the revenue records the petitioner's name was found place, but in the web site, the petitioner's name was not mentioned and therefore, the petitioner's representation may be considered. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court direct the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2018 and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law by rectifying the mistake, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
