ORDER

Seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2026 and take appropriate action against Respondents No.3 to 7, this writ petition is filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has given a complaint regarding fraudulent execution of documents on 07.02.2026 to the 1st and 2nd respondents. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. It is needless to point out that whenever a representation of this nature is made to a Statutory Authority, there is a duty cast upon the respondent to consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in one way or 2/4

other instead of keeping the same pending indefinitely. As such, nonconsideration of the representation made by the Statutory Authority would amount to dereliction of duty and hence, this Court will be justified in invoking the extraordinary powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

6. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
