O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for rectification of the revenue records reflecting his private patta lands as Government poromboke lands. The petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent and the second respondent allowed the said appeal of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner has sought for implementation of the said order by restoring the petitioner's name in the patta. Though the second respondent has in and by proceedings dated 02.11.2015 in Ni.Mu.A2/8432/2017, has recommended for the same, no further steps have been taken.

2.The first respondent being the competent authority, shall call for relevant files from the respondents 2 & 3 and if necessary after affording opportunity to the petitioner shall pass final orders regarding classification of the lands. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
