ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2016 to provide adequate police protection to protect and enjoy the house property in S.No.45/1-B, with pathway in K.Kallikudi north village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District without any hindrance. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. This Court, Without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
