O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to get the assistance of the 2nd respondent CBCID, Nagercoil, for the effective investigation of a case in Crime No.215 of 2016 which was registered by the 3rd respondent and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that final report was already filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.5 of 2017.

4. Having regard to the fact that the final report was already filed and the case was taken on file in P.R.C.No.5 of 2017, this Court is of the view that no further order is required. If the petitioner is aggrieved with regard to the contents of the final report, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
