This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.02.2024 and to take necessary action in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has lodged the complaint dated 03.02.2024 and thereafter, an enquiry has been conducted. During enquiry, the petitioner himself withdrawn the complaint. Therefore, the petitioner's complaint was closed. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that no closure report was served to the petitioner. 2/4

4.Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor served a copy of the closure report to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.02.2024 and the same was already closed, nothing survives for further adjudication.
