PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in Cr.No. 2 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2020 for the offences under Sections 9(m) and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that 164 of the victim has been recorded. It is revealed that the the victim girl is abused. The medical report also confirms the same.
4. Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail. The criminal original petition stands dismissed.
