This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioners were called only for enquiry in respect of a case registered against them in Crime No.143 of 2016 pending on the file of the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad Police Station, Telungana District and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
