For Respondent : Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime.No. 36 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.36 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and A1 is the relative of the defacto complainant and false case has been foisted against him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that when the parents of the defacto complainant enquired A1 and A2, they used abusive words and started beating the defacto complainant at the back of the body.

4. After going through the records, FIR and also taking note of the overtact alleged against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
