2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that after the appeal was filed, the respondent herein has resigned from the services of the appellant University on 21.03.2024.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent also ratifies the said statement.

4. In the light of the submission made, no effective orders can be passed to the prayer sought for in the present appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
