Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, to pass appropriate orders on the charge sheet filed in Crime No.73 of 2016, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already passed.
