ORDER

Seeking direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry and register FIR against the respondents 3 to 12 in accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.12.2025, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.Since no adverse order is likely to be passed against the respondents 3 to 12, notice to them is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 02.12.2025 with respect to the execution of false and fabricated documents with respect to the property belonging to the petitioner before the respondent police. However, there is no progress in the investigation and hence, this writ petition.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on the ground that the issue is civil in nature. 5.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint to the second respondent (District Crime Branch), if so adviced.
