ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.01.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lady who had lodged a complaint as against the 3rd and 4th respondents with respect to a dispute, in which the petitioner's jewellery was pledged in pawn broker's shop by the 3rd and 4th respondents which was not returned back. In this regard, no action is taken.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that for the earlier complaint received from the petitioner's husband, CSR has been issued in C.S.R.No.133 of 2025 and the same was closed on 26.03.2025 recording the settlement arrived at between the parties. Now, this is a complaint filed by the petitioner for the same set of facts.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

6. Since certain jewellery is involved in this dispute, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue summons under Section 64 BNSS, 2023 to the petitioner and the 3rd and 4th respondents and dispose of the complaint in the manner known to law.

7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
