Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to stop and remove the unauthorised constructions made by the respondent 1 to 3 herein in the Arulmigu Gurunathaswamy temple property comprised in Survey no. 103, situated at Chinnaanuppanadi Village, no. 29, South Taluk, Madurai City of a total extent of 1 acres 23 cents and also 18 cents on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 24.02.2023. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.
