Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to stop and remove the unauthorised constructions made by the respondent 1 to 3 herein in the Arulmigu Gurunathaswamy temple property comprised in Survey no. 103, situated at Chinnaanuppanadi Village, no. 29, South Taluk, Madurai City of a total extent of 1 acres 23 cents and also 18 cents on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 24.02.2023. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. A.Ganesan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Thiru.R.Baskaran, Additional Advocate General assisted by Thiru.P.T.Thiraviyam, Government Advocate for the fourth respondent, Thiru S.Vinayak Standing Counsel for the respondents five and six and of Thiru.P.Subburaj, Special Government Pleader for the respondents seven and eight, this Court made the following order:
