This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law. 3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, one Muthusamy, father of the present petitioner complained before the respondent Police and on that complaint, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court. Hence, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent.

4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is disposed of .
