PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in Cr.No. 58 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Karungal Police Station, Kanyakumari District in SC.No.143 of 2019 on the file of Hon'ble District and Sessions Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Court, by order dated 29.06.2020, directed the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, to complete the trial in S.C.No.143 of 2019, by the end of August 2020.

2.Now, vide letter dated 03.09.2020, a request has been made by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, seeking extension of six months time, stating that the case is posted for cross examination of PW2 to PW4 and due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, trial could not be conducted, within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
