Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to expedite the proceedings and pass order in e.f.vz;12980/m3/2021 pending on the file of the Regional Transport Officer, Palani, Dindigul District as earliest within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to expedite the proceedings and pass order in e.f.vz;12980/m3/2021 pending on the file of the Regional Transport Officer, Palani, Dindigul District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent submits that appropriate orders will be passed in the enquiry proceedings initiated by the first respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
