This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner by forcing the petitioner to evict the premises without following due process of law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint given by a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was subsequently closed on 31.03.2017. While so, this petitioner has given a complaint against Balasubramanian, on which, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.304/2016.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police in connection with the enquiry in CSR No.304/2016 and the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
