PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/140/2018, dated 12.10.2023 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents not to open the TASMAC Shop No.12120 situated at Ramasamipuram Village, Watrap Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 12.10.2023, transferring the existing TASMAC Shop No.12120 from Gokulam Nagar, Maraneri, Sivakasi to Ramasamipuram Village, Watrap Taluk, Virudhunagar District, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.
2.The petitioner could not able to establish that any of the conditions stipulated in the statutes and rules has been violated. In the absence of any such specific ground, this Court may not be in a position to consider the relief as such sought for in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
