ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as fifth accused in Crime No.36 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mandabam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District. He apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (c) of NDPS Act, 1985 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
