O R D E R

The present Petition has been filed by the sole accused seeking to quash the FIR in Crime NO.3 of 2026, on the file of first respondent-Police wherein, the Petitioner alleged to have committed the offence under 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 308(4) of BNSS,2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2.Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein,the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing the FIR. Today, the defacto complainant is present in present in person and he acknowledges the above facts and agrees for quashing the FIR.

3.Considering the above said facts, the FIR in Crime NO.3 of 2026, as against the Petitioner on the file of first respondentPolice is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of the order.
