This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register the F.I.R. based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 14.03.2016, for an effective and proper investigation and file a final report within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
