ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 09.11.2016 this Court granted interim bail to the petitioner by imposing one of the condition, which is follows: "6. The petitioner is directed to implead the de facto complainant as party respondent in this petition. Post the matter on 23.11.2016.

7. The petitioner shall send a copy of the petition to the de facto complainant by registered post or speed post mentioning the date of hearing as 23.11.2016 and file a proof of service on or before 21.11.2016 failing which, the interim bail stands cancelled and the bail petition will stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court".
