Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents to add the name of the accused namely Maharaja, Samuthirapandi, and one Duraipandi by way of further investigation in Crime No.231 of 2016 for the complaint given by the petitioner on 03.12.2016.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to add the names of three persons as an accused in Crime No.231 of 2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the First Information Report has been altered and offences including Section 302 IPC has been added in the FIR. That apart, the names of three accused persons, whose names was sought to be added by the petitioner in this petition, has also been added in the alteration FIR.

3.In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
