Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.216/Ka.Thu.Ka/Camp/ Aranthai/2020 dated 15.06.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to give permission to the petitioners associations to conduct Hunger Strike on any day fixed by this Court.
