This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed in Na.Ka.A3/2340/2020, dated 21.05.2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Standing Counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that already the first respondent has ordered that the petitioner should detain in prison from 21.05.2020 to 05.02.2021. Now the period have been lapsed and hence due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infrcutuous.
