PRAYER :- to extend the time for production of sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5455 of 2020, dated 26.05.2020 on te file of this Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.5455 of 2020, dated 26.05.2020, for producing the sureties and for excuting the bail bond.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

No.3343 of 2020 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
