This petition is filed to extend the time limit for surrender before the concerned Court to get the benefit of the order dated 07.12.2023 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16866 of 2023 in the case of Crime No.18 of 2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since the petitioners could not execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 07.12.2023 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16866 of 2023.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 07.12.2023 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
