2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.2079 of 2026 on 04.02.2026 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 07.02.2026 regularly and the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Srivilliputhur and the same was taken on file in PRC.No.18 of 2026.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.2079 of 2026 on 04.02.2026, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, for all hearings without fail.
