ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 27.01.2026 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No. 1417 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.1417 of 2026 on 27.01.2026, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and that they have no previous criminal antecedents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1417 of 2026, dated 27.01.2026, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 10.03.2026 pal 2/4
