: Respondents Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, in Crime No.392 of 2012 on the file of the second respondent police, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.392 of 2012 has been completed and charge sheet is ready and the same will be filed before the Jurisdictional Court shortly.

2. In view of the stay of all further proceedings pending on the file of the Special Magistrate for Land Grabbing Cases, this Court directs the respondent police to file the charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Court, viz., Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
