This Writ Petition has been filed issuing a direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to remove his name from the history sheet being maintained in the 3rd respondent police station as H.S.No.108 of 2004 forthwith pursuant to the representation made by him on 01.04.2022 to the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the request of the petitioner will be considered by the concerned authority in the meeting scheduled to be conducted in the month of June.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the out come, he will work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
