ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to disburse loan amount to Rs.3,00,530/-. to the petitioner on the basis of the first respondent orders No.Na.Ka.No.TAHDCO-2019-20 UDPKR-186, dated 21.08.2020 and Nodal Order No.

A1/030/EDP/2020-21/dated-29.12.2020.

2. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's case as per law and in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent in No.Na.Ka.No.TAHDCO-2019-20 UDP-KR-186, dated 21.08.2020 and Nodal Order No.

A1/030/EDP/2020-21/dated-29.12.2020. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks (2) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
